everyone knows the rasen - shuriken, and i already made rasendori, or since its an incomplete one chigan

Unapproved because there is no need for this. It is the same besides the fact that the Element put into the Rasengan will change, meaning the color will change.

actually this would be quite a useful techniques as they can do lots of damage

It's allowed, I'm just saying there was no point in doing this. The description is the same as any other Rasengan, except it would have your element in it.

It's approved, just make sure that you use Leaf Ninja instead of Naruto Pedia for the Rasengan description, and change element accordingly.

I have a disapproval against the elemental rasengan's I believe that you don't have one of those elements as your anfinity.
