Personality: Amethyst seems to be very Strict, which he is. He would ofetn set seemingly ridiculous and Impossible tasks for his Students, all of which have a hidden meaning which can be applied to combat. At first, he seems to be the kind of person who would abandon his friends to sav his own skin. However, he only does this because he has trouble showing his feelings.

Background:

Childhood
Amethyst grew up in a moderatly wel off Family. He was never rich, nor was he poor. He always admired the Ninjas he saw when he looked out the window of his bedroom. He had aspired to become a Ninja for most of his Childhood. He would often Play Ninja with his few friends, Topaz and Ruby. Amethyst always had to play the bad guy, while Ruby always got to be the hero.

Academy Days
It was during his days at the Academy that Amethyst truly began to shine. He passed every class with flying colours. He never mentioned it, but he was trying so hard to do well in order to impress Topaz. He graduated with some of the Highest Marks in the past 5 Years. Ruby only passed with Average Marks. Slowly, but surely, Amethyst was impressing Topaz.

Genin Days
On his First day as a Genin, he was placed in the same group as Topaz and Ruby, an act of fate perhaps?. He met his instructor, Emerald, who seemed to be quite ridiculous at first with his Bright Green Hair and strange Clothing. If one hadn't seen him in action before, one would think that he wasn't even a Ninja. Emerald set the three Genin several ridiculous tasks, such as making them fight him while he had his hands behind his back. The object of the training was to make him use one of his hands. At first, the three assumed it would be easy, as Taijutsu was not Emerald's strong point. However, they were soon proved wrong. After, several Hours of intense fighting, the Genin gave up. The point of the training was not to underestimate an opponent who seemed to be at a disadvantage.

Chuunin Exams
The first task of the Chuunin Exams, which the team entered half a year after becoming Genin, was to complete a written test. Amethyst could tell almost straight away that the object of the Test was to cheat without being caught, but he had no ways to do so. Topaz, who sat beside him, was willing to give him her answers, as she used her Genjutsu to see the answers of the other people. Amethyst wasn't sure if this was because he was her friend, because if he failed she would have to fail the exam too, or out of Love?

The Second task was to tak two different Scrolls to a tower inthe center of the Forest of Death. Amethyst's team was given a Heaven Scroll and went into the forest. They encountered noone for the first Three days of the contest, but on the Fourth day they were ambushed by some collectors, people who wanted several copys of the Scrolls for themselves. They managed to hold them off for some time, but eventually Topaz was caught and held as a hostage. Amethyst was willing to hand over the Scroll for her safety. Ruby however, Lept up at them attempting to free Topaz himsel. He was struck by Shurikens and Kunai Knives, mainly in the legs which rendered him Unable to walk.Amethyst was about to hand over the scroll, but the second that Topaz was freed, he lashed out using his Fire Ninjutsu, causing them to drop thier Heaven Scroll and an Earth Scroll. They then barely made it to the Tower in time on the final day, due to Ruby's condition.

As there were not too many Genin left at this stage, so the preliminary round was skipped. A Month later, the Third test was to win in a tournament. By this stage, Ruby was able to walk, and therefore, able to compete in the Final Test. In the first rounds, Amethyst and Ruby easily defeated thier opponents. Topaz lost in the second round, but was allowed to become Chunnin due to her cunning and Quick thinking. In the Finals, Amethyst and Ruby battled. It seemed to drag on for Hours, and eventuall, both Genin fell to the Floor. They too both became Chuunin for thier Resolve and Strength

Chuunin Days
Amethyst's team served the Hokage for many years before they were given a truly terrifying mission
"Lend spport to our Troops and Fight on the Country's Borders"
the Three of them set out for the Country border, wher a assive battle was haoppening. One of the neighbouring countrys was trying to invade the Fire Country, and the Leaf Ninja were running low on Soldiers to fight. They were on the front lines for several weeks. Several Enemy Ninjas infiltrated the Leaf Camp and were attempting to assasinate thier captain. Ruby found and beagn to fight with them. Although severly outnumbered, he managed to hold his own for a while, before he was overwhelmed. Amethyst and Topaz rushed to the Scene when they had heard that Ruby went off to investigate a strange noise. By the time they found him, Ruby was laying in a pool of his own blood. Amethyst went over to Ruby's battered Body. Ruby gave him his Two Swords with a message

He then passed away. Amethyst was overcome with Rage, and began to Attack the enemy Ninja using Ruby's Swords, Tategami Yabureme and Nenshou Chuushin. Within Minutes, they were all dead. Forthier work, Topaz and Amethyst were promoted to Jonin. At Ruby's funreral, Topaz held Amethyst's hand.

Rp sample:
"Katon: Gōkakyū no Jutsu" called Amethyst as he made a Hand sign. He inhaled the air and gathered Chakra in his stomach. He exhaled while mixing the Chakra, to form a massive Fireball, which flew Towards Ruby. Ruby lept to the side as the Fireball went crashing into the wall of the stadium, causing a large Shockwave. Ruby ran towards Amethyst, brandishing his two swords and attempting to slice at him. Amethyst dodged every swingand attempted to fight back using Taaijutsu. He aimed a kick at Ruby's head, but it was blocked. Amethyst jumped back and once more began firing Fireballs at Ruby, who again, dodged skillfully. Amethyst made a different hand sign this time as he called "Katon: Hōsenka no Jutsu " He exhaled again, but this time fired several small Fireballs at Ruby, making it more difficult to dodge.
