Personality & Description Information
Personality: Felix is an outgoing person, his speed and hand to hand combat is amasing and he specialises in lightning and shadow clone jutsu's. He is always trying to go on missions which are to high ranked for himself, and is usually punished for his choices, and is one of the main reasons he hasn't been able to enter his chuunin exams. He always looks out for his teammates, often taking serious blows for them, which dont do much due to his amazing stamina and defensive capabilities. He doesn't have a permanent team and is always taken missions with strangers and knows nearly everyone in Konoha.

Personality Traits: He is mainly a tactical thinker, always thinking before striking attempting to read his opponents movements. He refrains from going straight in and is never hesitant. he centered around his tactics and speed, often using them to his advantage. But if he is enraged he'll charge recklessly not thinking of what will happen.

Likes: -- He enjoys using his sword, but usually keeps it at home unless he goes on extremely hard missions

Descritpion: He is a teenager of 4' 11", he weighs about 150lbs and has a fairly muscular build. he wears white 3 quarter length shorts, whith a blue stripe down the side. he wears socks and basic ninja shoes in black. he headband his smaller than others and is a square instead of a rectangle, and is wrapped just below his elbow. he sometimes wears a black bandana around his neck, and pulls it up to his mouth when needed.

Background/RP Sample
Background:
A Hero Among The Uchiha's
He was born in a simple family, just about a year or so before the destruction from the clan. With no where to go, the baby Felix lay there crying, but his voice wasn't heard. A Raiton specialist by the name of Kataro took him in and trained him, they both strengthened his sharingan, and Kataro taught him Raiton Techniques. Soon when Felix turned 6 Kataro told him to leave and train by himself to become stronger, so he headed to a Village near some mountains to train.

Kataro's Shame
A few years before Felix was even born, Kataro strode across the mountains, he had Trained to achieve his brothers sharingan, but had lacked the skill. He was traveling in search of his father and felix's grandfather, Giroto Uchiha. He had been traveling for a year and had located his fathers home. He strode in breaking down the door easily, and kataro flung a shuriken, which Gioto easily deflected, and soon a battle began. The Battle went on non stop for 2 days, neither of them using much chakra, just all out combat, and soon Gioto fell, he was old and weak, and was killed mercilessly. As a reward for his battle he stole his fathers sharingan and transplanted it into his own eyes. He then heard his own Nephew was abandoned, while he was on his way home, and he ran in search of Felix.

The Lone Shinobi
He was staying at a small cave with a few supplies, mostly living off the few plants that grew in the huge Mountains. He fought many beasts and sand shinobi, but there earth elements could stand his raiton blades, and he became much stronger, and he had even learned Shadow clone jutsu. Kataro Came to visit him and they sparred together, after a week it was time for kataro to leave again, and the 8 year old Felix challenged him. the battle lasted an hour but they both ran out of chakra, and felix was subdued easily. They both returned to KOnoha, since Felix had finished his training and enetered the academy.

Rise To A True Ninja
Felix had entered the Academy at age 8, and was able to finish his lessons in under 20 minutes, and would regularly train in the grounds. kataro came to teach the students some techniques and while everyone was struggling Felix had mastered them long ago, so kataro taught him an almighty technique, Chidori. Felix had struggled but had soon mastered it and developed some of the ways to use it, even using it to create a blade. Felix had finished school at age 11, ahead of others and was a genin.

Onwards, Felix's Destiny
Felix had never known his parents but he knew he had a brother somewhere and was determined to find him, but the current Hokage wouldn't allow it, since that type of journey is on par to an S class mission and a genin wasn't allowed, so felix had been travelling with hundreds of teams, to complete a missions. He had enetered an B class mission recently, and even with his rasengan and chidori, he was unable to defeat the hundreds of ninja protecting the castle he needed to infiltrate, so now he is traveling by himself to complete C class missions. Soon Kataro had passed away and felix was now fighting with Kataro's blade which was specially made for raiton techniques.

you cant use amatersasu without maykegou and a genin can only have 1 comma sharigan and this is taken 200 years after the canon characters so no kakashi also no sand village let

kakashi has now become Kataro, a man who also achieved sharingan and is actually his uncle, but you'll find that out later

also question he has only lightning but him and a jonin both ran out of chakra so how did he match a jonins chakra

well like in the anime, naruto has extremely high stamina and chakra to match, and kakashi has pretty low chakra, although he was a jonin

so felix also has a quite big amount of chakra, and kataro has a small amount, but felix used huge chunks at a time so they ran out at the same time

Actualy, in the anime, Naruto only has such a high amount of Chakra because of the Kyubbi, which is the equivilent of a second Reserve of Chakra. Likewise, Kakashi has such a low amount of Chakra because the Sharingan uses so much of it up, since it is not natually his.

okay, well its not very uncommon for some ninjas to be born with a high amount of chakra, and kataro, was also a relative of him, so he had sharingan as well, thus it would follow rileys theory

Actually, For an Uchiha, who's Sharingan is obtained naturally, There is little to no Chakra consumption. But for someone like Kakashi, who's Sharingan is surgically implanted, There is a very large amount of Chakra used.

Unless of course, that is what you're getting at.

Kataro had taught some academy students some techniques, but seeing as he had taught Felix everything years ago, felix was taught seperate from the class and Was trained to Use Rasengan

Yeah, Rasengan has no Elemental Affinity, which is why Naruto was able to add Wind to it to form the RasenShuriken

Technically rasengan is a wind based ninjutsu, as state in the anime/manga and wikia. So technically wind is required to perform it. On the other hand kakashi has nearly all affinites do to his sharingan. But his main affinity is lightning.
